In the "Game of Thrones" series, it is revealed that Jon is actually the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. This is a significant plot point in the series and is confirmed by various characters and through flashbacks. Additionally, the show's creators and author of the book series, George R.R. Martin, have also confirmed Jon's true parentage. Therefore, the theory that Jon is the son of Robert Baratheon and Lyanna Stark is not supported by the canon of the series. **
