The Nazi regime considered the encyclical as high treason because it openly criticized their policies and actions, particularly their violations of human rights and attacks on religious freedom. The encyclical also condemned the Nazi ideology of racial superiority and the mistreatment of minorities, which directly challenged the core beliefs of the regime. By speaking out against the Nazis in such a public and authoritative manner, the encyclical posed a significant threat to their authority and legitimacy, leading them to view it as an act of treason. **

I believe that the introduction of the death penalty for treason in Belarus is a concerning and regressive step. The death penalty is a violation of human rights and has been widely condemned by the international community. It is a punishment that is irreversible and has been shown to be disproportionately applied to marginalized and vulnerable populations. Instead of resorting to such extreme measures, Belarus should focus on promoting dialogue, reconciliation, and respect for human rights in addressing issues of national security and treason. **

It is considered treason if someone wants to work for both the CIA and the FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) because these agencies are intelligence services of different countries with conflicting interests. By seeking to work for both, an individual could potentially compromise sensitive information, betray one country's secrets to the other, or engage in espionage activities detrimental to national security. This dual allegiance could be seen as a betrayal of trust and loyalty to one's own country, hence constituting treason. **
