The Darth Jar Jar Binks theory is a fan theory that suggests the character Jar Jar Binks from the Star Wars prequel trilogy was originally intended to be a Sith Lord, but the idea was ultimately scrapped by George Lucas. Proponents of the theory point to various clues in the films, such as Jar Jar's seemingly clumsy behavior actually being a facade for his true dark intentions. However, there is no concrete evidence to support this theory, and it is generally considered to be a fun and creative interpretation of the character rather than a serious plot point in the Star Wars saga. **

The reason why no Java icon appears for JAR files is that JAR files are associated with the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) rather than a specific Java application. JAR files are essentially compressed files that contain Java class files and resources. Since JAR files can be used by various Java applications and do not represent a single executable program, they do not have a specific icon associated with them. Instead, they are typically identified by the file extension ".jar". **

Jar Jar Binks is ultimately portrayed as a comedic character rather than a dark and powerful Sith. **

To change the icon of a JAR file, you can create a custom icon image in the desired format (such as .ico or .png). Then, you can use a tool like Resource Hacker to replace the default icon of the JAR file with your custom icon. Alternatively, you can use a Java development tool like Eclipse or NetBeans to specify the icon for your JAR file during the build process. Finally, you can also use a third-party software like Jar2Exe to convert your JAR file into an executable file with a custom icon. **

JAR files do not automatically open with Java because they are not meant to be executed like regular programs. JAR files are Java Archive files that contain compiled Java classes and resources, which need to be run within a Java Virtual Machine (JVM). To run a JAR file, you need to use the Java command in the terminal or double-click on the file if you have Java properly installed and configured on your system. **
